* We pride ourselves in selling quality family, trail, and ranch horses.  All horses we offer for sale are ridden and tested by our family before they are offered for sale to you and your family.  

We stand behind every horse we sell and represent each horse honestly; we want you to be confident in your horse purchase.

* Deposits are excepted on our horses for sale, this will hold the horse for five days.  All deposits on any horse are non-refundable.

*Transportation is the responsibility of the buyer, we can arrange delivery anywhere in the United States. Transportation is not included in the price of the horse.

*33X Ranch, LLC - American Standard Horses Sales and their agents assume no responsibility for the performance of any animal and are not responsible for accidents, sickness, injury, or death. American Standard Horse Sales represents, advertises, and sells all animals to the best of their ability and knowledge. We can only guarantee a horse as it stands on our property. All requested vet checks is the responsibility of the buyer or potential buyer.

*All sales are final! No cash refunds! All horses sold as is! No exceptions on any horse.
